| David C.
Camp D.D.S. |
 |
Dr.
David C. Camp was born and raised in Burlington, Iowa. He
received a DDS
degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Dr.
Camp is a
member of many professional organizations including the American Dental
Association, the Iowa Dental Association, The Academy of General
Dentistry, and
The Flying Dentists Association. In 2002, he was elected to
membership in
the American Prosthodontic Society. He has served as
President of the
Southeast Iowa District Dental Society and volunteers as a Clinical
Evaluator
for Clinical Research Associates in Provo, Utah.
Dr.
Camp has worked as a volunteer on many community projects as a member
of the
Chamber of Commerce and has served as President of the Burlington
Rotary Club.
Dr.
Camp is a member of the First United Methodist Church and served for
many years
as a Trustee and as a leader of an adult Sunday school class.
On
a personal note, Dr. Camp and his wife, Amy, enjoy their two adult
children, two grandsons and a granddaughter.

Camp is a licensed instrument pilot and has had the
pleasure of giving many young persons their first experience of flight
in his
1946 Piper Cub. He and his wife also enjoy snow skiing and
scuba diving. |
| Nathan M.
Heubner, D.D.S |

Dr. Nathan M.
Heubner was born
and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated from Jefferson High
School in Cedar Rapids as Salutatorian of his class and was a member of
the National Honor Society. He then attended the University of Iowa for
undergraduate studies and graduated from the University of Iowa,
College of Dentistry in 2007.
During his senior year at the College of Dentistry, he chose 5 week
extramural
rotations at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids and at the
University of Iowa, College of Dentistry Special Care Clinic where he
developed skills in working with the young, elderly and disabled
patients. During his sophomore year in Dental College, he received a
DOWS Research Award to conduct a dental research project. Following
graduation from Dental College, he was selected for a General Practice
Residency at the new state-of-the-art facility of the Denver Health
Medical Center. He is a member of the American Dental Association and
the Iowa Dental Association.
After only six months of
living in Denver, Dr. Heubner and his long time girl
friend, decided that they really preferred to live in the smaller,
friendlier and safer communities of Iowa and they wanted to be closer
to their families. |

| Also, they both enjoy spending time on the
river and
were attracted to the beautiful setting of Burlington along the banks
of the Mississippi River. Dr. Heubner is an avid baseball fan and looks
forward to playing softball at the Rec-Plex and to watching the
Burlington Bees. Of course, as a University of Iowa graduate, he is
also an avid Hawkeye fan. He looks forward to meeting people in
Burlington and to becoming an active participant in the life of the
community. |
