Patient Letter Announcing New Associate Dentist
Dear Friends,
Many of you have paid me the ultimate compliment by inviting your friends and
family to my dental practice. My dental team and I appreciate this expression
of your confidence and thank you for the trust you place in the care we give.
In order to provide the highest possible level of care, I am dedicated to
having a dynamic dental team committed to your oral health care needs. After an
extensive search to find a dentist who shares both my practice philosophy and
my enthusiasm for dentistry, I am pleased to announce that Dr. Nathan Heubner
will join my practice beginning July 14th.
Dr. Heubner, a 2007 graduate of the highly respected University of Iowa College
of Dentistry, grew up in Cedar Rapids.
At Jefferson High School he was a member of the
National Honor Society and graduated salutatorian of his class. During dental
college, he participated in the externship programs at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids and in the Special Care Clinic in Iowa City where he
developed skills working with young, elderly and disabled patients. He is
currently completing a General Practice Residency Program at Denver Health
Medical Center
in Denver, Colorado.
Baseball is a favorite pastime of Dr. Heubner and he looks forward to enjoying
the Burlington Bees’ games, to playing softball and to continuing his avid
interest in University
of Iowa Hawkeye sports.
His long-time girl friend, Stephanie, will be completing a degree in finance at
the University of
Iowa. She looks forward
to joining him in Burlington–a
city they have found possesses much, both personally and professionally for
them. They also enjoy boating and anticipate spending time on the Mississippi River.
Dr. Heubner looks forward to being part of my dental team and to becoming an
active, contributing member of our community. At your next appointment be sure
to welcome him to our area. He looks forward to getting to know you and
appreciates your referrals as he begins his practice in Burlington.
Happily, this does not mean that I am retiring any time soon. I love dentistry,
enjoy my patients and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
Best wishes and good health,
David C. Camp, D.D.S.
